Take your Bronco build to the next level with the 4-Door Bronco Body Jig. Precision crafted from 3/16" aluminum and laser cut for accuracy, it's the first of its kind in the market.
We've included features such as door stops that use counter-sunk hardware so that all of the guesswork is taken out of setting your door gaps. Simply butt the pillar flanges up against the door stops, and your width is set for both front and rear doors.
Tailgate and pillar widths are all also accounted for using the crossbeams you can see in the photos. The entire jig bolts together using 5/16" hardware and 1/4" countersinks for the door stops. The front door jig panels have an extended flange that helps you set and locate your windshield cowl height, and there are stops that install on the cross-beam that further assist in placing the cowl and firewall correctly.
Engine bay jig is also simple and bolts directly to the hood hinge pockets. The front edge of the jig simply clamps to the front edge of the core support, which determines the distance and helps you place the fender aprons and supports correctly.
The jig is entirely reusable, so you can use it to build more than one 4-Door Bronco!
